Terms & Conditions
for ingreedX Studio
Last updated: July 2026
Product revision: 3.1
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ingreedX Studio, including the coach portal (dashboard), WhatsApp-based client interactions, tokenized meal-edit pages, and related backend services (together, the “Service”), operated by Bebop Flo Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms apply to Coaches who create accounts and use the coach portal. Clients interact primarily via WhatsApp (and may use a meal-edit web page) under arrangements made by their Coach; Clients do not log in to the coach portal.
By accessing or using the Service as a Coach—including by signing in and agreeing where the login screen links to these Terms—you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
This document is aligned with the product as of revision 3.1. It is provided for transparency; it is not a substitute for legal advice.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service as a Coach, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and the Privacy Policy
- You agree to be bound by them
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service as a Coach.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You meet this age requirement
- You use the Service in a professional coaching context
- Any Client whose personal data you enter or invite is at least 18 years old, or that you have another lawful basis under applicable law to process that Client’s data
The Service does not verify age in-product. You remain responsible for not onboarding minors without a lawful basis.
3. Nature of the Service (Important)
ingreedX Studio provides informational and educational meal-guidance and coaching workflow tools. As of revision 3.1, the Service may include (and may change over time):
- A coach portal for managing clients, reviewing nutrition and health trends, meal plan templates and client programs, calendar events and tasks, private coaching notes, chat timelines, and a meal library
- WhatsApp-based Client flows for meal logging (text, photo, or voice), invites, coach feedback delivery, and operational nudges where enabled
- AI-assisted meal parsing and analysis
- Nutrition estimates and food lookups that may use reference data from OpenNutrition Foods (https://www.opennutrition.app/)
- Tokenized meal-edit web pages so Clients can correct meal logs without a portal account
The Service is an evolving product (including MVP-stage features) and may change, including features, limits, and availability.
Not medical advice / not a medical device
- The Service does not provide medical advice.
- The Service does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease.
- The Service is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions.
- The Service must not be used for medical emergencies or as a substitute for emergency care.
Use of the Service does not create a doctor–patient (or other clinical care) relationship between the Company and you, or between the Company and any Client. Labels such as “clinical notes,” health conditions, medications, body metrics, or AI “biological impact” / scores in the product are coaching-support tooling, not clinical care.
4. AI Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence systems (currently via OpenAI) to process meal-related inputs and generate analysis and outputs. This may include:
- Parsing meal descriptions from text
- Interpreting meal photos (vision models)
- Transcribing voice notes
- Generating structured meal guidance, nutritional fields, scores, flags, suggestions, and related metadata stored for Coach review
Selected Client profile context—such as goals, diet type, health conditions, allergies, food avoidances, and demographic or activity fields—may be sent to the AI provider as part of analysis. Meal photos and voice audio may be processed for vision and transcription. Processing may occur outside India where the provider operates. Details of data handling are in the Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
- Outputs are probabilistic and automated.
- The Company makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular Client.
- You will not rely solely on AI outputs for health or medical decisions.
- As a Coach, you must exercise professional judgment and review outputs before relying on them for Client guidance.
Some WhatsApp replies (for example meal-parse confirmations) and operational notifications (for example inactivity or missed-meal nudges where enabled) may be sent to Clients automatically, without per-message Coach approval. You remain responsible for how you configure Client onboarding, what profile data you supply, and the coaching advice you give Clients.
Use of AI-generated results is at your own risk.
5. WhatsApp and Third-Party Platforms
Client messaging uses the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Message content, media, and phone numbers pass through Meta-related infrastructure. You agree to comply with WhatsApp Business and Meta policies applicable to your use (including rules on spam, harassment, prohibited content, and template messaging).
The Service also depends on other providers necessary to operate the product, including (as of this revision) Supabase (database and authentication), OpenAI (AI processing), Google (optional Coach sign-in), Cloudflare (frontend hosting), and Bebop Flo–operated backend and job runners. Their availability, policies, and outages are outside our full control.
Meal nutrition estimates and food lookups may use data from OpenNutrition Foods, a public nutritional database available under the Open Database License. Attribution: OpenNutrition — https://www.opennutrition.app/. Use of that dataset is also subject to OpenNutrition’s applicable license terms.
We are not responsible for Meta’s, OpenAI’s, OpenNutrition’s, or other providers’ independent acts, outages, or policy enforcement, except to the extent required by applicable law.
6. User Content and Client Data
You may enter notes, feedback, client profile and wellness information, meal plans, calendar items, and other content through the Service. Clients may submit meal-related content via WhatsApp (text, photos, voice) and meal-edit pages.
By submitting content about Clients or uploading information on their behalf, you:
- Confirm you have the right and lawful basis to provide it
- Confirm you have obtained each Client’s consent (or other valid lawful basis) to process their personal data—including health-related or other sensitive data where applicable—and to receive WhatsApp messages from or via the Service, where required under applicable law
- Grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, analyze, store, and transmit such content as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service
- Agree that we may retain content in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Content may include sensitive categories such as health conditions, allergies, medications, anthropometrics, body or InBody-related metrics, coaching notes, and health-related inferences in stored AI outputs.
You may not submit:
- Illegal content
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Harmful or abusive material
- Content you are not authorized to process
- Personal data of minors without a lawful basis
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access that violates these Terms.
Private coaching notes in the portal are intended for Coach use and are not shown to Clients through normal Client WhatsApp or meal-edit flows. That does not change your responsibility for what you choose to communicate to Clients.
7. Meal-Edit Links
Clients may receive a link to a public meal-edit page (path form /m/{id} with a secret token). That token allows editing the related meal without a coach portal login. Tokens are stored as hashes, expire after a limited period (currently 14 days), and are intended only for the Client who received the link.
You and your Clients are responsible for not forwarding or publicly sharing meal-edit links. Anyone with a valid unexpired link may be able to view or edit the related meal information. The Company is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from link sharing, referrer leakage, or similar Client- or Coach-side disclosure, except to the extent required by applicable law.
8. User Accounts
Coach accounts are authenticated via Supabase Auth, which may include:
- Email magic-link / one-time code sign-in
- Optional Google sign-in
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality and control of your sign-in methods
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate information
We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA / 2FA) is not currently offered for Coach accounts and may be introduced as the product matures.
Demo or sample clients, where shown, may be read-only and are provided for illustration only.
9. Trials, Access, and Future Monetization
- New Coach accounts may receive a trial with limited duration and client capacity. Defaults as of this revision are approximately 7 days and up to 20 clients, unless we configure different limits for your account.
- When a trial expires, write access and certain features may be restricted or blocked until access is renewed. Renewal or paid continuation, if offered, is currently arranged by contacting us (for example via the in-product contact paths, email, or support WhatsApp)—self-serve checkout is not guaranteed in the product as of this revision.
- The Service may be offered free of charge or under a limited trial during early product phases.
- We reserve the right to introduce paid subscriptions, usage limits, or pricing tiers, and to bill via a payment processor, in the future.
- Users will be notified before paid features apply to their account.
- Continued use after pricing or plan changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms applicable to that use.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code (except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law)
- Use automated bots to scrape the Service
- Interfere with Service functionality
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Circumvent trial, rate, or access limits
You also agree to:
- Onboard only Clients who have given appropriate consent for data processing and WhatsApp messaging as required under applicable law
- Not submit Client data you are not authorized to process
- Comply with WhatsApp Business and Meta policies applicable to your use
- Not use the Service to spam, harass, or send prohibited content to Clients
- Not represent the Service as medical care, emergency care, or a medical device
11. Data Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of information you provide
- Lawful onboarding of Clients and obtaining valid consent (or other lawful basis) where required, including for sensitive health-related data
- Decisions made based on Service outputs
- How you interpret and communicate AI-generated results and coaching guidance to Clients
- Securing meal-edit and invite links shared with Clients
Our collection, use, storage, retention, and sharing of personal data—including logical (soft) deletion, the absence of automated hard purge as of this revision, sub-processors, and how to request erasure—are described in the Privacy Policy. In case of conflict on privacy/retention facts, the Privacy Policy controls for those topics.
Coach account deletion is not self-serve in the portal as of this revision; contact [email protected]. Client removal in the portal typically performs a logical unlink/tombstone; for complete erasure beyond that, contact us as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, algorithms, designs, and features of the Service are owned by or licensed to Bebop Flo Private Limited.
Third-party datasets used by the Service remain subject to their own licenses. In particular, nutritional reference data from OpenNutrition Foods is made available by OpenNutrition under the Open Database License; see https://www.opennutrition.app/.
Client personal data remains the Client’s information. You retain rights to your own notes and feedback subject to these Terms and the license in Section 6.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service (except as allowed by mandatory law) without prior written permission.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties

- The Service will be uninterrupted (including during development, deployments, or third-party outages)
- Analysis, nutrition estimates, scores, or suggestions will be accurate or complete
- WhatsApp delivery, AI providers, or other third-party platforms will remain available or unchanged
The Service may enforce technical or fair-use limits (such as API or messaging rates, notification caps, meal-logging or query-span limits, trial client caps, invite or meal-edit token expiry, or maximum message length).
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- We are not liable for decisions made based on Service outputs, or for Client outcomes.

- Total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to the Company for using the Service in the past 12 months. If you use the Service only under a free trial or without payment, that amount may be zero.
Use of the Service is at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
- Your misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Content you submit
- Decisions made based on Service outputs
- Your mishandling of Client data (including health-related data) or onboarding a Client without valid consent or lawful basis
- Your violation of WhatsApp / Meta or other applicable third-party policies
16. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time (including by signing out). To request Coach account deletion, contact us as described in the Privacy Policy.
